We have an experienced Liasoning Team, who are well aware of Process of getting these permits in time and sequence from different government offices. Any Solar Power project need clearance / approvals / permits from State/Central government, It takes more than 30-40 permits / approvals / clearance, related to;

• Land related paper work, Title Clearance, Deemed NA, Collector NA etc…
• Various required clearance like; Land Class Change, Forest Clearance, Rail/Road Crossing, River/Lake/Bridge/Dam, Village, HT Line Crossing, Aviation, Telecom, Mining,… etc..   
• PPA with Private Customer (Group Captive or Third Party) 
• PPA with Government (Bidding & Management)
• Project registration, with State Nodal Agency/State Energy Ministry and/or MNRE, as he case may be.
• Various Permission/Approvals STU/CTU/CEIG/PTCC etc… for works, drawings, equipment etc…  
• STOA / LTOA Agreement 
• Plant commissioning certificate
• REC (Renewable Energy Certificate), SLDC, NLDC and Accreditation Certificate
• Other permits, approvals, certifications depending on Project Size, Scheme and State Policy
